

Fork Density Meter
The plug-in densimeter can detect density on line in real time. It can be applied to process control of products with density as basic parameter or quality control with solid percentage or concentration percentage as reference. Typical industries include petrochemical industry, brewing industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and mineral processing (such as clay, carbonate, silicate, etc.), which are specifically applied to interface detection in multi-product pipelines in the above industries, density detection of stirred mixture, end-point monitoring of reaction kettle, and segregation device interface detection. The liquid crystal display screen can display one of three variables of “density”, “mass percentage” and “sensor frequency”. The boundary effect of the tube wall or vessel wall on the fluid plus the viscosity effect of the measurement medium itself, these effects will have a certain impact on the measurement calibration of the sensor. In order to overcome these, we have preliminarily set the installation method and pipe diameter for different environments, which is convenient for selection under the same conditions.
